I have worked with kids in many different capacties for almost 20 years. I have been part of the Real Kids Learning team since 2018 and have been the director since February 2026. I have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Studies. I will be receiving my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction in 2027. I love getting to work with each and every one of our families and I love getting to see the joy that learning brings to each child.
CJ Prieb
Assistant Director
My name is C.J. Prieb. I have worked in childcare for over 26 years. Currently, I have my AAS in Early Childhood Education. I have worked with preschoolers and pre-kindergarteners extensively, but my heart is for school-age children. I am a married, mother of two. I love watching kids grow and learn. Their successes and achievements are my joy. I love my students like they are my own, and their unconditional love tells me that they feel it.
Kendra Smith
Program Supervisor
My name is Kendra Smith. I am a mother of 2 wonderful, growing boys and I have worked in Early Learning for 9 years. I started out in the Pre-K program at another center where I quickly moved into a lead position. I have been a member of the Real Life Church community for 13 years and joined Real Kids Learning 6 years ago as the lead Pre-K teacher. I later decided to go back to school and complete the Early Childhood Education program in 2023. In 2026 I was promoted to Program Supervisor, which I am very excited about! This is a position I feel I can really fulfil my strengths and interests alongside of the knowledge and experience I have working with children. My sons were both part of the before/after school program here and hope to one day have their first job here at RKL! I am passionate about team building and support, which I believe trickles down to successful guidance to help our children grow to love the Lord. I am excited to further my career here at RKL!
